Witness Consciousness Meditation (WCM) is a very specific style of meditation. In this 1hr offering you’ll be guided in WCM using koan’s and pointing out practices passed on to TK from Zen. WCM is a universal style of meditation that allows the practitioner to connect and eventually reside as their Essential Nature. It is vital to the 3 Phases and works even better in groups.

Dance is one the oldest collective celebration activities on Earth. Practiced by several species besides 2 legged’s, dance seems to link us to the natural world and beyond. In TK theory, dance makes room for trauma integration, supports personal transformation, is a Spirit celebration, and an act of community solidarity.
